Tribunals Book of Authorities

The Tribunals Book of Authorities contains legislation, case law and the College’s professional advisories that are frequently referred to in discipline or fitness to practise committee hearings. Copies are available in the College’s hearings rooms and posted online for electronic hearings for all participants to use, including panels of the discipline and fitness to practise committees. Parties are therefore asked not to print duplicate copies of these materials.

However, if a party wishes to present a specific extract from the list below, they may include it in their own hearings materials. If attending an in-person hearing, they must provide eight copies of the specific extract for distribution.
