If a complaint of professional misconduct, incompetence or incapacity is made against one of our members, it’s our duty to protect the public interest while ensuring members receive impartial treatment during investigations and hearings.
All disciplinary hearings are generally open to the public. Notices of Hearing are posted to the hearing schedule as soon as the member has been served.
