Teachers around the world have a lot in common! Although geography and culture may differ, we all strive to instil the desire for life-long learning in our students. Whether our careers are enriched through experiences outside of the classroom in leadership and other positions or deepened through our continued experiences in the traditional classroom, our commitment to students and their learning remains constant. We often don’t know the impact we make until years later, but we rollercoaster our way through our careers – highs and lows alike. 

October 5th is World Teachers’ Day. We take the time to acknowledge and celebrate the teaching profession and to thank teachers for changing the lives of your students: one child, one youth, one adult at a time.
