- Received a report from the Audit and Finance Subcommittee
- Received a presentation from the auditor on the 2021 audited financial statements and audit findings
- Approved a motion to appoint KPMG as auditor for another year
- Received a report from the Investigations Committee
- Received a report from the Registration Appeals Committee
- Approved a recommendation for a two-day strategic planning event in 2023
- Received and approved a joint recommendation from the Accreditation Committee and the Standards of Practice and Education Committee to make regulatory amendments to support the transfer of authority related to the review of Additional Qualifications programs
- Received various correspondence
- Received a presentation on Transition to Teaching data as part of Council training and development
