Minutes of the Special Meeting with the Transition Supervisory Officer of the Ontario College of Teachers held via Videoconference on October 21, 2021

1. Call to Order/Welcome
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m. The Registrar, Derek Haime, welcomed all those present.

2. Agenda
No amendments to the meeting agenda were requested.

3. Conflict of Interest
No conflicts were declared.

4. Business

4.1 2022 Budget
The Deputy Registrar, Chantal Bélisle, began the presentation of the 2022 proposed College budget and introduced the Controller, Fred Towers.

The Controller provided an overview of the College budget development process, and reviewed the anticipated revenue and expense budget lines in detail. Following the presentation, the Deputy Registrar and the Controller responded to questions.

The Transition Supervisory Officer approved the 2022 College budget as presented.
