1. Call to Order

The Chair, Donna Marie Kennedy, called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m., called the roll and welcomed those present.

It was moved by Sterling Campbell, seconded by Larry Mongeon and

That the Agenda for the May 10, 2000 meeting of the Special Council Meeting be approved.

3. Appointment to fill Public Member Vacancy on the Executive Committee GC20000510 - 66

The Chair, Donna Marie Kennedy, explained that the meeting had been called to fill the public member vacancy on the Executive Committee. Details of the composition of the Executive Committee and the outcome of the recent call for nominations to fill the vacancy had been circulated. (GC20000510-66). The name of Diane Leblovic was the only nomination received for appointment to the position.

It was moved by Donna Marie Kennedy, seconded by Patrick Daly and

CARRIED

That Diane Leblovic be appointed as a public member of the Executive Committee.
