More self-serve options for members and applicants

The College continues to increase efficiency and improve service levels by enhancing its online self-serve options.
Our self-serve options are easy to use and available 24/7, helping members and applicants to save time.
By logging into their secure online account, members and applicants will be able to, as of December 14:
- Upload documents directly into our systems
- Reset College accounts via SMS text message or email
Additionally, members can:
- Print their Professional Designation document online, on-demand.
Members can continue to access their membership card, Certificate of Qualification, and their Professional Designation documents by logging into their member account at oct.ca.
