Panellists include:
- Dr. Amy Cheung, Associate Scientist, Evaluative Clinical Sciences, in the Hurvitz Brain Sciences Research Program at Sunnybrook Research Institute and Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto.
- Susie Barraud, OCT, is a grade 7 teacher and curriculum leader for Wellness, Inclusion and Social Justice at Valley Park Middle School in Toronto. Focused on meditation, mindfulness and resiliency, Barraud helped develop Operation Prefrontal Cortex, a not-for-profit that is piloting a meditation program in the Toronto District School Board.
- Andréanne Fleck, a Social Worker and Implementation Coach at School Mental Health ASSIST, a provincial implementation team designed to support Ontario school districts to enhance the mental health and well-being for all students.
- Allen L. is a grade 12 International Baccalaureate student attending Bayview Secondary School in York Region. A student trustee and a long-serving member of his student council, Allen is also a strong advocate for student empowerment and well-being.
