Rules of Procedure

The Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Committee that apply to all proceedings before the Discipline Committee and the Fitness to Practise Committee of the College are made according to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act.

PRACTICE DIRECTION FOR ELECTRONIC PROCEEDINGS

A Practice Direction for Electronic Proceedings applies to all electronic proceedings before the Discipline Committee or the Fitness to Practise Committee at the Ontario College of Teachers. It is intended to provide guidance and directions about matters not covered by the Rules of Procedure of the Discipline Committee and of the Fitness to Practise Committee, and to explain or clarify the Rules.
